Thunderbird Atlatl will be back in Vermont September for an atlatl and dart making workshop at the Chimney Point Historic Site in Addison, Vt. The workshop will be Friday, September 22, from noon to 5 p.m. On Saturday, the 22nd annual Norteastern Open Atlatl Championship will be held. Thunderbird Atlatl will be at the Candor Chamber of Commerce’s Community Showcase, Saturday, March 25 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Please stop by at this annual event if you are in the area.
Meanwhile, Bob Berg of Thunderbird Atlatl, will be working with local Boy Scout Troop 38 at their March campout at Camp Tuscarora near Windsor, NY. Happy Spring!
The holidays were very busy at the Thunderbird Atlatl shop and January was also a little crazy. We dealt with some equipment issues and we are now back in full production.
We are working on a new catalog and will have that available by April. Meanwhile, we are looking at the 2017 schedule and will be posting that in the next few days.
Next week, we will be traveling to Florida for two programs at Silver Springs State Park in Silver Springs, Florida, the weekend of February 17 to 19 The following weekend, Februar 24, 25 and 26 we will be at Ochlockonee River State Park in Sopchoppy, Florida. There will be ISACs at both events, please check the World Atlatl Association event calendar for days and times.

We ship the majority of our orders via the post office using priority mail. It looks like any orders received by December 15 are guaranteed delivery by the post office through priority mail. After the 15th, we can use the post office’s express mail option through December 21 and packages should arrive by Dec. 24. We also have gift certificates which can be emailed.
